Our Background
Physiotherapist Greg Lynch established InForm Physio in Silverstream, Wellington, in 1996 because he wanted to see people’s lives change for the better. His formula for success involves partnering with experts in related health and exercise fields to work together to provide complementary treatment options.
Over the past 25 years, InForm Physio has grown into a collective of ten physiotherapy clinicians. Greg and his staff specialise in the internationally renowned McKenzie Method that empowers clients to treat themselves. He is also one of only two High Performance Sport NZ clinicians in the Wellington region and he and his wife and fellow senior physiotherapist, Nikki, were the physiotherapists for the Central Pulse netball team for six years.
