Zoe Ashton
Physiotherapist
Zoe grew up in Khandallah, Wellington, before moving to Dunedin to study at the University of Otago. She graduated in 2025 with a ‘Bachelor of Physiotherapy’  and has been a member of the Inform Physiotherapy team since 2026.Â
Â
Zoe enjoys meeting and connecting with the diverse range of people that come to our clinic, with a particular interest in finding ways to incorporate patients’ own passions and interests into their rehab. She aims to ensure her care is meaningful and person-centered with the goal of promoting long term sustainable health and wellbeing for each patient she sees.Â
Â
Throughout her studies, Zoe has gained clinical experience in acute musculoskeletal injuries, neurological rehabilitation, and elderly health; and is dedicated to ongoing learning and upskilling of her clinical skills. She is currently working towards her McKenzie Institute Credentialing.
Â
Outside of work Zoe keeps an active lifestyle and has a love for outdoor adventure sports; spending her free time whitewater kayaking (you may find her up at the Kaituna River on long weekends!), mountain biking, and snowboarding whenever possible.
