Zoe Ashton

Physiotherapist
Zoe grew up in Khandallah, Wellington, before moving to Dunedin to study at the University of Otago. She graduated in 2025 with a ‘Bachelor of Physiotherapy’  and has been a member of the Inform Physiotherapy team since 2026.

Zoe enjoys meeting and connecting with the diverse range of people that come to our clinic, with a particular interest in finding ways to incorporate patients’ own passions and interests into their rehab. She aims to ensure her care is meaningful and person-centered with the goal of promoting long term sustainable health and wellbeing for each patient she sees.

Throughout her studies, Zoe has gained clinical experience in acute musculoskeletal injuries, neurological rehabilitation, and elderly health; and is dedicated to ongoing learning and upskilling of her clinical skills. She is currently working towards her McKenzie Institute Credentialing.

Outside of work Zoe keeps an active lifestyle and has a love for outdoor adventure sports; spending her free time whitewater kayaking (you may find her up at the Kaituna River on long weekends!), mountain biking, and snowboarding whenever possible.
