Rebecca was born and raised in Whanganui. She graduated from the University of Otago in 2008 with a Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy (with credit). She has subsequently worked in a variety of private musculoskeletal practices in Whanganui, Nelson, and Wellington.
Since graduating Rebecca has undertaken various musculoskeletal courses and holds credentialling in The McKenzie Method (Cred.MDT) and Mulligan Concept (Cred. Mulligan Concept). She has also undertaken further training to become a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist under the specialist physio Dr Melissa Davidson. Rebecca has three children with her partner. She returned to running after the birth of each of her children, and she developed a keen interest in Woman’s Health along the way. Her aim is to help empower woman to exercise and achieve their goals, no matter what stage of life they are in.
When she was younger, she participated in a range of different sports and enjoyed competitive swimming . As an adult she loves getting out for a run and being involved in her kids’ various sporting endeavours.
