Operations Manager

Born and raised in Wellington, Liv took a brief detour to Dunedin to complete a degree in International Business and Marketing at the University of Otago. Her career began in the events industry, where she managed and delivered international conferences across New Zealand as a Professional Conference Organiser.

She later transitioned to the public sector, contributing to the delivery of the APEC summit before moving into project management and change delivery at the New Zealand Defence Force.

Liv joined our team in June 2025 as Operations Manager. She is focused on ensuring consistent, high-quality service across our three clinic locations, expanding our reach within the community, and building strong relationships across the health sector to make our services accessible and comprehensive.

Outside of work, Liv enjoys an active lifestyle, loves travelling, creating memories with family, and unwinding with a crisp gin on a summer’s day.
