I graduated from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh in 2022 with a degree in Physiotherapy. I worked in both public and private practice while in Edinburgh. I have a particular interest in vestibular and musculoskeletal rehabilitation and enjoy working with people of all ages.
My approach is centered around understanding each person’s unique goals and using evidence-based treatment to support recovery and long-term wellbeing. I also try to incorporate Pilates principles into my practice to build strength, control, and resilience, as this is something I enjoy myself as a hobby.Â
I am originally from Ireland, and I am excited to develop my physiotherapy career here in New Zealand. Outside of work, I love being outdoors and surfing while exploring everything this country has to offer.
