Esther graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours (First Class). In 2023, she completed her Master's on 'returning females to running following bone stress injuries' and has published several papers in this field. She has completed her Certification in Orthopaedic Manipulative Physiotherapy and is working towards gaining her credentialed status with the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy.
Esther loves the sense of community and variety that private practice offers, working with patients to help them achieve their goals. She has a broad range of experience and uses her research background to provide the latest evidence-based treatment. She is passionate about using her knowledge and practical skill set alongside a holistic care approach to provide effective rehabilitation.Â
Esther has a special interest in running-related injuries and concussion related symptoms.Â
Outside of work, Esther leads an active lifestyle, in particular a keen runner competing regularly in Wellington and Nationally.Â
Esther will be working from both the Silverstream and NZCIS clinics.Â
Esther is the Clinical Manager of the NZCIS clinic.
