Inform Physiotherapy is a multidisciplinary clinic which means we have a number of different professions all under the one roof. We provide an integrated approach to ensure you get the best form of treatment to achieve your goals of returning to sport, work and getting more from life!
You may require more than one form of treatment and the Physiotherapists at Inform Physiotherapy will work closely with yourself and with the other professions located at the clinic to maximise your recovery and rehabilitation.

The ideal time to start your rehabilitation is immediately! Even in the acute phase we can guide you through this healing phase, ensuring that you get an optimum recovery. We will educate you on the injury, time frames and what you can do yourself to achieve your goals of full recovery and return you back to your activity levels. The correct diagnosis and a personalised treatment plan will enable this to happen.

It could be that you want to be pain free to run a marathon, or garden more easily or perhaps you want to treat an old injury - whatever your goal, we’ll help you achieve these goals and get more from life, for the rest of your life!
Our experienced physiotherapists work hard to make sure they get to the root of your condition as quickly as possible. In most cases we will have a diagnosis and treatment plan within 2 consults. If we are unable to assist you, we will refer to an appropriate person to manage your condition, for example, a Sports Medicine Physician or Orthopaedic Surgeon.
We have a close relationship with Wellington Sports Medicine and therefore if you need further assessment or investigations, we can ensure you obtain this from some of the leading Sports Medicine providers in New Zealand.
After you have completed a patient registration form at Inform Physiotherapy, you will undergo a thorough mechanical assessment to find out how your condition developed and what aggravates your symptoms. Your posture will be observed and you will be asked to go through a series of movements to establish aggravating and relieving movements and positions that will assist with the overall picture of your condition and aid in determining the correct exercises or advice for you.
Your general health will also be discussed.
